  MMA   Circuits (group training)

MMA circuits are an exceptionally enjoyable way to burn large amounts of calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness. With me you will share some empowering workouts, outside,in a boxing ring or my gym
 Beginners Circuit -  session consists of cardio exercises, drills & also basic MMA techniques.  
 Advanced Circuit -  session consists of cardio exercises, drills & also basic MMA techniques.
 Intermediate Circuit -session consists of cardio exercises, drills & also basic MMA techniques

 The above circuits are available for:
  Men or women (mixed group training)
   Men only or women only (group training)

Follow the steps of both my training and optional nutrition plans and you will see improvements in :
