(Be aware many other trainers prices only include outdoor training). 

I offer competitively  priced, outdoor & quality indoor training. With me there are no gym fees or extra costs to pay

as you can use my residential gym or if you take advantage of my “Outside Prime Hours Training Sessions” option -

you may get access to a private fully air-conditioned, purpose built facility which is  second to none on the Gold Coast.

First we do an initial consultation and fitness assessment to establish your fitness level and goals then a suitable

program is designed and followed.
